Future Access
You have been here before, you fell in love with the place, and you’d like to come back. You want to reserve a block of time either because you have a project that would like to be birthed here (Come on, it’s an Indigenous Sacred site and Birthing Center – she’s gifted at birthing things as you are likely aware) or a family you’d like to be birthed here (!) or you’d like to bring your family.
You are comfortable camping here, or staying in our studio (quietly) or in the cabin we are planning to build.
HOW THIS WORKS
You tell us how much time you would like to reserve. Larger commitments are disproportionately helpful to us, so this is priced accordingly. You reserve a month at $3000, a week at $1000, or a night at $250.
If (fingers crossed) we are able to organize refinance, you pay us the lump sum prior to our December 2026 closing
You have ten years to schedule your visit(s), and we’ll have a calendar that goes that far out. You schedule the time. We check in a month or so before to make sure the timing works. You visit. You create, rest, rejuvenate, explore, etc.

You bring the people we have agreed will join you
You don’t piss off our neighbors by being super-loud
You take good care of the place (we wouldn’t be inviting you if we didn’t think you would)
